When Mindful Insurance Solution met with the Alliance for Community Transformations, like many nonprofits, it was operating with limited funding sources. At the same time, the community they served was increasing while their operating budget was consistently increasing.

Through a corporate restructure and realignment of the real estate assets, the Alliance for Community Transformations was able to leverage the real estate holdings to their funding source and in so doing, add $81,000 per year to their operations budget.
